UPrint for Faculty & Staff

Faculty:

Faculty members receive $50 in UPrint credits annually, which can be used for printing via their CaneCard through the Pharos UPrint system. Once the $50 is exhausted, faculty members can add additional Cane Express funds for UPrint directly to their CaneCard via the GET portal. See below for instructions on accessing the GET portal.

Staff:

Staff members can add funds to their Cane Express account via the GET portal. See below for instructions on accessing the GET portal.

Important Note: It is not recommended for employees to use Guest UPrint Cards, as these funds cannot be refunded if the employee separates from the institution, or the card is lost. Instead, faculty and staff should use the GET portal to add Cane Express funds for a more flexible and refundable option.

How to Access the GET Portal:

  1. Visit the GET Website: Go to the GET website here.
  2. Log In: Click on “Click here to login” and enter your university credentials.
  3. Add Funds: Click on the orange "Add Funds" button.
    1. Select “Credit Card” and click “Continue”.
  4. Complete Transaction:
    1. Enter a deposit amount (we recommend adding funds in $10-$15 increments).
    2. Select “Cane Express” as the Account.
    3. Select a payment option – Enter new card information or select a card already on file.
    4. Follow the remaining prompts to complete the transaction.
  5. Ready to print: Once the transaction is complete you are ready to use your funds for printing.
